About Meditation for Everyone
A Practical Approach to Meditation for Real Life
My meditation training, combined with years of experience working in the corporate world, has shaped the way I teach meditation today. I’ve developed a simple, practical approach that working people can begin using immediately - without needing prior experience, special beliefs, or lifestyle changes.

This is meditation for everyone: accessible, grounded, and designed for real life.

My Background
My name is Ravi Seth

I’m an experienced meditation practitioner who has studied meditation in Nepal, India, and Vancouver, BC. Over the years, I’ve learned that while meditation is often taught in complex or abstract ways, its true power lies in simplicity and consistency.

I teach beginner-friendly meditation workshops that show people how to build their own meditation practice in a clear, understandable way. Students are encouraged to sit in chairs and be comfortable, so they can focus on the mental practice rather than physical discomfort.
My teaching is secular and practical. I use simple language; mind, body, and breath - and avoid concepts that feel overly mystical or complicated. This makes meditation approachable for people from all backgrounds and belief systems, and helps reinforce the idea of meditation for all.

Having spent many years working in corporate environments, I’ve personally experienced; and closely observed - the mental, emotional, and physical strain caused by modern living. Meditation became a way to restore balance, clarity, and calm in my own life, and I now share that same approach with others.

My Story
Before meditation, I spent years working in corporate finance feeling unhealthy, overwhelmed, and disconnected. I was constantly “on,” mentally exhausted, and didn’t know how to truly relax or reset my mind.

When I learned a simple, steady meditation practice, everything began to change. I discovered how to clear mental clutter, regulate my emotions, and let go of stress in a meaningful way.

Today, meditation allows me to show up more fully and brighter in life - with greater focus, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of ease. It helps me perform better in my work, build more harmonious relationships, and experience a more grounded sense of well-being.

My Philosophy
My philosophy around meditation is intentionally simple:
Meditation should be accessible to everyone, regardless of faith, background, or physical ability
A consistent meditation practice can support health, relationships, and overall quality of life.
Meditation doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective - it can become a natural part of daily life
At its core, I believe in teaching mindfulness meditation in a way that feels practical, inclusive, and sustainable

A Personal Note
I’m not a meditation master or guru. I’m simply someone who values meditation as one part of a full, active life.

Outside of meditation, I enjoy travelling, biking, skiing, going to the gym, and spending time moving my body. Meditation fits alongside these interests — it doesn’t replace them.

Meditation isn’t about withdrawing from life. It’s about learning how to show up more fully, whatever your lifestyle or personality may be.
